Qualifications

• 3–4 years of CNC machining experience in prototyping or product development.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting G-code.
• Experience with MasterCAM and precision inspection tooling.

Responsibilities

• Prototype fabrication and validation, setting up CNC machines and verifying parts to specs.
• Develop and validate tooling and fixtures; write standard work and document new processes.
• Collaborate with Design and Manufacturing Engineers to improve manufacturability and time-to-validation.
• Mentor junior technicians and promote continuous improvement across the prototyping and NPI pipeline.
