Job summary

IKM Gruppen AS seeks a Project Completion Engineer to oversee all phases of offshore project closure, from planning to handover. The role demands leading multidisciplinary teams, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards, and maintaining progress, schedules, and budgets.

You will prepare close-out reports, support offshore installation and commissioning, and ensure alignment with project objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Project Completion Engineer or similar in energy or offshore industry.
• Strong project management skills in planning, execution, and reporting.
• Experience with offshore operations and construction projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to manage complex tasks in dynamic environments.
• Familiarity with offshore industry standards and regulations.
• Language: English

Required expertise

• -Proven experience as a Project Completion Engineer or in a similar role, preferably within the energy or offshore industry.
• -Strong background in project management, including planning, execution, and reporting.
• -Demonstrated experience with offshore operations and construction projects.
• -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration in a team-oriented environment.
• -A relevant engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification.
• -Ability to manage complex tasks and solve problems effectively in a dynamic environment.
• -Familiarity with industry standards and regulations for offshore projects.
