Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent experience plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in a government contracting environment is strongly preferred.
- Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designation is preferred.
- Applicants selected may be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of work performed within our facilities.
Responsibilities for This Position
As an Advanced Program Finance Specialist, you will:
- Prepare ad-hoc analyses to support contract and program analysis and special projects.
- Review and approve purchase requisitions for budgeted expenses up to an authorized limit.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with ASC 606 Revenue Recognition and Earnings Rate Reviews in accordance with GAAP and GDMS policies.
- Analyze financial performance for assigned programs to identify and report risks and funding issues.
- Engage with senior program management to understand financial performance and mitigate risks.

What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business with 5+ years relevant experience; or Master's degree with 3+ years relevant experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Oracle EBS, Oracle EPM Cloud (SmartView).
- Deep knowledge of General Ledger Accounting, Rates and Compliance, and Cost Proposal functions.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards including the Truth In Negotiations Act, Cost Accounting Standards, FAR, Sarbanes-Oxley, and ASC 606 Revenue Recognition.
- Excellent time-management skills to meet multiple deadlines.
