Job summary

Dal-Tile Corp. is seeking reliable personnel for the El Paso Manufacturing Team to operate production equipment and monitor production parameters. The role requires inspecting products for quality and recording data, with decisions on process adjustments and escalation to supervision as needed.

The position includes Day and Night shifts with additional night differentials of $1.00/hour on some shifts. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of manufacturing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 1 year Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates production equipment and monitors production parameters.
• Inspects or tests product for conformance to specifications and records data.
• Makes decisions on when to adjust the process or contact supervision for guidance.
• Follows standard operating procedures and maintains quality checks.
• Keeps area safe, clean, and organized.
• Performs other related duties as required.
