Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience operating production equipment and following standard operating procedures.
• Ability to monitor production parameters and adjust processes as needed.
• Proficient in recording data and reporting results.
• Basic English communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Operates production equipment according to SOPs.
• May function as a sorter, box assembler, or relief operator for kiln or sorting equipment.
• Conducts tests or inspections per control plan and test methods.
• Performs additional tasks as documented in job task sheets.
• May stop equipment for safety, quality, or mechanical issues.
• Follows ISO procedures and performs quality checks as specified.
• Monitors equipment/processes and reports problems to supervisor.
• Keeps area safe, clean, and organized.
