MITER Brands is seeking a Production Assembler I to perform advanced window and door assembly tasks with precision. You will read detailed orders, operate saws, drills, routers and CNC equipment, and complete assemblies with minimal supervision.

You will troubleshoot issues, assist training, and ensure quality standards while maintaining a clean work area and adhering to safety procedures. This onsite role offers RTD benefits and career growth.

Qualifications

• Read and comprehend detailed work instructions and orders.
• Strong math skills including measurement, fractions, and decimals.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Reliable with good attendance and teamwork.
• Experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred; Level II or equivalent preferred.
• Demonstrates problem solving and attention to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret production orders, specs, and material requirements.
• Operate advanced fabrication equipment and tools safely.
• Assemble insulated glass, sash, and frame components with precision.
• Conduct quality checks on in-process and finished units.
• Troubleshoot issues and mentor peers when needed.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and assist with training.
