Job summary

Vail Resorts in the United States is hiring for winter seasonal positions including cooks, drivers, instructors and more. Roles offer competitive wages and perks such as free employee passes, discounts, and training opportunities.

Starting pay ranges from $22.00 to $26.88 per hour, with full-time seasonal hours available and housing options. Fluency in English and a flexible schedule are required for many positions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service or ticket sales preferred.
• Able to stand or sit for extended periods and work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Provide information and facilitate the sale of resort attractions and services including fulfillment and delivery.
• Utilize POS system to create or update customer profiles, process discounts/payments, exchanges and returns, provide receipts.
• Complete POS audits daily and at the end of shift.
• Communicate professionally by phone, email, and in person with travel partners, properties, tour operations, corporate visitors, guests, and other groups.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on resort products, policies, and operations to meet guest needs, coordinating with other departments as necessary.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized workstation.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Specifications:

Job Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

Experience working in customer service or ticket sales preferred

Flexibility to work both inside and outside with exposure to the elements

Must be able to communicate fluently in English

Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends

Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time

Ability tolift upto 25lbs

The expected pay range is$22.00/hr - $26.88/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
