Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a Process Technician to keep the world’s most advanced production running. You will monitor automated systems, manage wafer flow, and act on alarms to protect yield and tool performance on a 12-hour shift schedule.

Role emphasizes collaboration with engineers, stability work, and a clear path to shift leadership through structured onboarding and ongoing training. On-site duties at the Phoenix facility are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree preferred; STEM degree not mandatory.
• Familiarity with Excel/Word/Outlook is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Run and monitor automated systems and wafer flow.
• Respond to alarms and apply SOPs/decision trees.
• Collaborate with engineers to stabilize processes.
• Balance lots, alerts, and tool checks during shifts.
• Provide leadership growth through mentoring and coordination.
