Responsabilidades

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute illnesses, chronic diseases, and preventive care needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans including medication management, preventive services, lifestyle counseling, immunizations, and outcome monitoring.
• Order, perform, and interpret laboratory studies, imaging, and point-of-care testing to guide care.
• Provide annual wellness visits, transitional care management, and coordinate referrals to specialists and community resources.

Formação académica

Master’s degree in nursing or physician assistant
