Job Overview

Family Health Centers is seeking Advanced Practice Registered Nurses to provide high quality health care to Louisville’s underserved. Our areas of practice are: Adult Primary Care, Urgent Care, Women’s Health, Pediatrics, and Psychiatric care.

Job Requirements

Must possess a license or work permit to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Kentucky and maintain license throughout employment at FHC.

Current registration and designation as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) by the Kentucky Board of Nursing. -OR- Have been deemed eligible by a certifying body to sit for the APRN certification exam and have submitted an application to the Kentucky Board of Nursing for APRN registration.

The final hiring decision is pending issuance of a letter of temporary authority to practice from the Kentucky Board of Nursing. Must pass certification exam within 90 days of employment and maintain APRN certification throughout employment with FHC.

Family Health Centers is a family friendly work environment. Unlike other health care systems, there are no night shifts, Sunday or holiday hours you must work.
