Job summary

Hope Neurological Medical Services and its affiliates seeks a dynamic Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team in diverse clinical settings. You will assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of medical conditions, delivering high-quality care to pediatrics, geriatrics, and complex cases.

This role emphasizes collaboration with physicians and specialists under supervision, with telehealth opportunities and a focus on evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Physician Assistant Certification from PANCE is required.
• Valid state PA license required.
• Current DEA registration required.
• Board certification required.
• 1-2 years of clinical PA experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews
• Prescribe medications and treatment plans in accordance with collaborative practice agreements and regulatory guidelines
• Perform medical procedures such as suturing, IV insertions, catheterizations, and sterile processing when appropriate
• Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems like Epic, Cerner, or eClinicalWorks for accurate documentation and medical records management
• Collaborate closely with physicians, specialists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care
• Manage acute and chronic conditions across various specialties including emergency medicine, critical care, geriatrics, behavioral health, and more
• Engage in telehealth consultations to extend access to care and improve patient outcomes in remote or underserved areas
• Support marketing and referral relationship building
• Participate in quality assurance and improvement initiatives

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Advanced Practice Provider—either a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)—to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. In this vital role, you will deliver comprehensive patient care across diverse clinical settings, utilizing your expertise to assess, diagnose, and manage a wide range of medical conditions. Your proactive approach and collaborative spirit will ensure exceptional patient outcomes while supporting the overall mission of providing high-quality, compassionate healthcare.
