Job summary

Community Health Network in Indianapolis is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join the vascular surgery team at the Community Heart and Vascular Hospital, located at 8075 North Shadeland Avenue. The role requires 3–5 years of applicable experience and current national certification, with prescriptive authority eligibility in Indiana. The position features a Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.

to 5:00 p.m. schedule with surgical on-call rotation (1 in 3) and no vascular weekend call, with travel to

Qualifications

Responsibilities

This opportunity is located at our Community Heart and Vascular Hospital, at 8075 North Shadeland Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46256 and will require travel to outside locations to assist with surgeries.

Highlights
Community Physician Network is seeking a board-certified advanced practice provider to join a well-established vascular team at our Community Heart and Vascular Hospital. We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with required experience in vascular surgery, cardiology, surgical first assist, ER, PCU, or ICU.

• Vascular surgery, rounding, and potential clinic responsibilities at Community Heart and Vascular Hospital.
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule. Surgical on-call rotation (1 in 3). No vascular weekend call.

Experience

• 3 to 5 years' experience required.
• Must successfully complete a nationally recognized Advanced Practice Nurse certification examination or have current national certification; must maintain certification on an ongoing basis.
• Must be eligible for prescriptive authority under the criteria outlined by the Indiana State Board of Nursing; must maintain eligibility for prescriptive authority on an ongoing basis.
