Job summary

A leading healthcare provider in Indianapolis is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join a cardiology team focusing on Cardio-Oncology. This role involves conducting cardiovascular risk assessments, managing complications during cancer treatment, and ensuring care for cancer patients with cardiovascular issues. Qualifications

• Experience in Cardio-Oncology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cardiovascular risk assessment prior to cancer treatment.

• Manage cardiovascular complications during cancer treatment.
• Test and monitor for cardio-toxicity including stress testing, echocardiograms, and cardiac MRI.

Community Health Network is a provider‑led, multi‑specialty healthcare destination in central Indiana. We seek an Advanced Practice Provider at Community Heart and Vascular Hospital and Community Hospital East.

Highlights

Community Health Network offers a board‑certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well‑established cardiology team. The newly established Cardio‑Oncology Clinic focuses on early detection and management of potential cardio‑toxicity from cancer therapy.

Collaborate with our Cardio‑Oncology physicians to provide services including:

• Conduct cardiovascular risk assessment prior to cancer treatment
• Care for cancer patients with existing cardiovascular disease
• Manage cardiovascular complications during cancer treatment
• Test and monitor for cardio‑toxicity including stress testing, echocardiograms, and cardiac MRI

Experience
