The position is based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, with on-site work and remote consideration for proven recruiters who can demonstrate a history of successful candidate-side recruiting, including licensing and credentialing

We are seeking an Advanced Practice Recruiter to focus on candidate-side recruitment and talent acquisition. This role is ideal for a motivated recruiter who enjoys building relationships, sourcing top talent, and helping healthcare providers find meaningful career opportunities.

About the Role

As an Advanced Practice Recruiter, you will identify, engage, and place advanced practice providers in healthcare organizations across the country. Working closely with our business development team, you will match qualified clinicians with client needs while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Recruitment & Sourcing
• Source Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and CRNAs through cold calling, referrals, email campaigns, texting, job boards, and social media.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare providers.
• Utilize recruiting tools including Salesforce, LinkedIn Recruiter, DocCafe, NursingJobCafe, PAJobSite, and VMS platforms.

Recruitment & Placement

• Conduct candidate interviews and screenings.
• Manage the recruitment process from initial outreach through placement and onboarding.
• Coordinate licensing, credentialing, and compliance requirements.

Relationship Management

• Develop long-term relationships with healthcare providers.
• Partner with business development and account management teams to meet client staffing needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of healthcare recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
• Comfortable making 50+ outbound calls daily.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position based in our Fort Lauderdale office. Remote consideration may be given to experienced healthcare recruiters with a demonstrated history of candidate-side recruiting success who reside more than 200 miles outside of Florida.
