Job summary

U.S. Urology Partners is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to work with licensed physicians in Ohio. The APP will assess patients, order tests, participate in care plans, and provide education and preventive health services within a cardiology/urology setting as needed.

The role requires NP/PA program graduation, board certification, and BLS; two years of NP/PA experience is preferred. Expect collaboration with a physician team and potential teaching opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP/PA program.
• AANP or ANCC/NCCPA board certification required.
• Two years of NP/PA experience preferred; BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients via interview, history, exam and tests; develop care plans with supervising physician.
• Order or perform screening tests; document data and plan of care.
• Explain procedures, educate patients, and participate in preventive health.
• Provide emergency care and life-saving measures as needed (BLS/CPR, ACLS).
• May teach students and assist in off-site locations.
