Job summary

U.S. Urology Partners in New Jersey seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to collaborate with licensed physicians, perform comprehensive exams, order tests, diagnose common conditions, and initiate treatment plans under protocols.

The APP will document histories, conduct advanced exams, explain procedures, participate in patient education, and assist in care plans, including referrals. Must be NP/PA graduate with board certification and current BLS; two years' experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP/PA program.
• AANP or ANCC/NCCPA board certification, license or qualification for state licensure is required.
• Two years of Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant experience is preferred.
• Must have current BLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient history and complete advanced physical examinations.
• Collaborate with a licensed physician to order and interpret tests and initiate treatment plans.
• Explain procedures and tests to patients and families; provide patient education.
• Assist in formulating and implementing plans of care and referrals where needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
