Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide medical evaluation, treatment, and consultation services.
• Document patient history, exam, assessment, and plan.
• Order labs and imaging and coordinate referrals.
• Prescribe medications under physician supervision.
• Educate patients and families on care plans.
• Supervise MA, nursing, and staff as needed.
• Participate in quality improvement activities.
• Complete paperwork to ensure insurance compliance.
• Travel to CRCHC clinic locations for coverage.
