Harlan & Steinhoff Dermatology is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) to join our Dermatology practice. This is a full-time position requiring 32 practice hours per week that will be on-site.

Position Overview:

The Advanced Practice Provider will be responsible for providing general dermatology services for a growing patient base.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct dermatology consultations and examinations.
• Perform minor surgical procedures (biopsies, cryotherapy, etc.)
• Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships with patients and families, while assuring confidentiality of patient information.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced healthcare professionals.
• Periodically travel to other Iowa locations to support patient needs.

Requirements:

• Iowa Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License.
• Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) certificate in good standing.
• Current, full and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a state, territory or commonwealth of the United States.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in a general dermatology practice.
