EPIC Health in Chicago, IL seeks a Physician Assistant (PA) who is bilingual in English and Polish to join a fast-paced, multi-specialty team. The role offers on-site work, a base salary of $110,000 to $150,000 with up to $9,000 quarterly bonuses, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus at 30 days and again at 6 months.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in primary care or pediatrics, a Master’s degree, NCCPA certification, and strong clinical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care: take histories, perform exams, develop diagnoses and treatment plans.

• Order and interpret diagnostics (labs, EKGs, imaging).
• Provide preventive and holistic care and perform procedures within scope of practice.
• Ensure follow-up on patient needs and referrals.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive patient care: Examine patients, obtain health histories, perform physical examinations, and assess patient conditions to develop appropriate diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Develop treatment plans: Diagnose and manage common acute and chronic conditions and prescribe medications and therapies in collaboration with supervising physicians and within the scope of Illinois PA practice.
• Collaborate with physicians: Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Order and interpret diagnostics: Order, administer, and interpret diagnostic testing, including laboratory work, EKGs, and imaging studies, as appropriate.
• Provide preventive and holistic care: Counsel patients on health promotion, disease prevention, growth and development, family planning, and preventive healthcare.
• Perform clinical procedures: Provide services such as injections, suturing, wound care, immunizations, and other procedures within scope of practice.
• Coordinate patient care: Follow up on patient needs, referrals, diagnostic results, and ongoing treatment plans.
• Support the clinical team: Work collaboratively with medical assistants, technicians, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure efficient patient care.

What You'll Bring

• 2–5 years of experience in Primary Care and Pediatrics preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply.
• Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program required.
• NCCPA certification required.
• Bilingual in English and Polish required.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient-management skills.
