Job summary

Mercy Urgent Care in Owensboro is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) to join our urgent care team. Expect three 12-hour shifts per week with no nights, Sundays, or holidays, enabling strong work-life balance.

You will provide high-quality, independent clinical care with support from an experienced administrative team, using a user-friendly EMR to streamline documentation and daily wrap-up. A competitive base pay plus a volume-based bonus is offered, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Indiana license active and unrestricted.
• 1 year of clinical experience in urgent care, primary care, or emergency medicine preferred.
• Ability to work independently with strong communication.
