Carle Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join the Convenient Care department in Hoopeston, Illinois. This outpatient position involves 12-hour weekday shifts (8am-8pm) and 8-hour weekend shifts (9am-5pm) with every other weekend rotation, working within a collaborative ambulatory team.

Applicants should have a Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant, and Illinois APRN/PA licensure; two years of clinical practice are preferred.

• Illinois APRN/PA licensure required (current).
• Two years of clinical practice preferred.

Responsabilités

• Join an established outpatient-only Convenient Care practice in Hoopeston, IL.
• Work in a collaborative team to provide ambulatory care with physicians, APP, nurses and medical assistants.
• Consult with specialists across the organization as needed.
• Maintain weekday 12-hour shifts and weekend rotation as scheduled.
