There will also be opportunities to travel outside the Salt Lake Valley to cover clinics in Weber and Davis counties. The APP will gain experience in occupational health, including workers' compensation injury care, employment physicals, and DOT physicals.

Our WorkMed facilities provide walk-in services for industrial injuries that are not immediately life-threatening, such as minor trauma and repetitive strain injuries. The APP will diagnose, support, and refer patients as needed, becoming familiar with the continuum of occupational health care. Certification with the Department of Transportation is required within 30 days of start.

Full-time, the APP will work four days a week during regular clinic hours, with no weekends, call, or holiday requirements.
