Job summary

OSF HealthCare is seeking a physician assistant or nurse practitioner to diagnose, treat, and manage work-related injuries for employees across multiple clinics, including El Paso and Bloomington.

You will collaborate with on-site medical staff, workers’ compensation personnel, and management to ensure timely and effective care. This is a salaried position with an hourly pay range of $55.20–$63.65.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in nursing or physician assistant studies.
• Current Illinois license as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant.
• Certification by ANCC or NCCPA.
• Minimum of two years of APP experience in occ health, primary care, urgent care or related field.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Proficiency in EMR systems.

Expected pay for this position is $55.20 - $63.65/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.

• Clinical base hourly pay range for this position: $55.20-63.65 hr. This is a salaried position.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree or higher in nursing or physician assistant studies from an accredited program
• Current Illinois license as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant
• Certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
• Minimum of two years of experience as an APP in occ health, primary care, urgent care or a related field is preferred
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care aligned to the preferences, goals, and needs of the patients served
