Boston Medical Center Health System in Brighton, MA is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Vascular Surgery team on a full-time basis. You will work with vascular surgeons and a multidisciplinary team to provide outpatient care for vascular conditions.
The role requires a Master’s or Doctoral degree, MA license or eligibility, DEA, and BLS, with strong communication and ability to work independently.
Dually reporting to the Collaborating Physician and the Administrative Director, the licensed and credentialed Nurse Practitioner (NP) provides diagnosis, treatment, consultation, and follow-up under the direction of one or more physicians in the clinic or inpatient setting. The NP performs age and specialty appropriate physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines. As an expert professional, the Nurse Practitioner is responsible and accountable for the application of the nursing process, supervision of clinical practice, research involvement, consultative services, inter and intradepartmental liaison, education, leadership and patient care management across the health care continuum from preventative, acute care through discharge. Will help support the oversight of students.

Compensation Range:
$109,000.00- $158,000.00
This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
