This position is located inMilwaukee, WI at Froedtert Hospital.
TheAdvanced Practice Provider(APP) works as a member of a multidisciplinary health care team who will contribute to excellence in program administration, patient care, patient safety, research, quality improvement, and teaching. The APPs will provide professional healthcare to patients as directed by a licensed physician and in accordance with policies and procedures. Collaborate with Memory program providers and clinical teams to develop independent practice within the programs.
