Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Current advanced nursing license state board of SC.
• Effective communication and collaboration with others.
• Significant practice experience in private practice or institutional setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform histories and physical exams and develop treatment plans for Family Practice patients.
• Administer treatments per medical plan of care and established policies/protocols.
• Follow directives from Medical Director and Primary Care Director.
