Job summary

Self Regional Healthcare - Physician in Greenwood, SC is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to perform histories and physicals and provide treatment for Family Practice patients under the medical plan and policies. The role is full-time, night shift 6pm-6am with 7 on / 7 off, and requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, strong communication, and significant practice experience in private or institutional settings.

Current SC license required.

• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with others.
• Must have significant practice experience in private practice or institutional setting.
• Current advanced nursing license state board of SC.

Responsibilities

• The Nurse Practitioner is responsible for completing medical histories and physical exams and provides treatment to Family Practice patients in accordance with the medical plan of care; critical pathways; established Self Regional Healthcare, Self-Medical Group, and Medical/Nursing Policies/Procedures/Protocols and Standards of Care.
• Any other assigned duties per Practice Physicians, Practice Manager, and Self Medical Group Administration.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by the Medical Director and Primary Care Director.
