Family Medicine/Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
Location: Prime Healthcare Illinois - Resurrection Medical Center - Chicago, IL

Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Family Medicine team. This is a rewarding opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a well-established outpatient setting caring for the pediatric and adult population.

Position Overview:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years working with pediatric and adult patients
• Schedule: Days - M-F, 36 scheduled hours plus 4 hours administrative, with flexible options of four 9-hour days or five 7.5-hour days
• Patient Volume: Approximately 20 patients per day
• Scope of Practice: Full-spectrum family medicine: Pediatrics through geriatrics
• Call: None
• Location: Work out of one location

Qualifications:

• Licensed and certified as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Illinois
