Overview

Family Medicine/Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
Location: Prime Healthcare Illinois - Resurrection Medical Center - Chicago, IL
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities

Position Overview:

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care for pediatric and adult populations in an outpatient setting.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience working with pediatric and adult patients.
• Schedule: Days, M-F, 36 scheduled hours/week plus 4 hours administrative time. Flexible schedule: four 9-hour days or five 7.5-hour days.
• Patient volume: Approximately 20 patients per day.
• Scope of Practice: Full-spectrum family medicine from pediatrics to geriatrics.
• Call: None; inherit patient panel.
• Work out of a single location.

Qualifications

• Licensed and certified as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Illinois.
• Board-certified in Family Medicine or related field.
• At least 3 years of clinical experience with pediatric and adult care.
• Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
• Commitment to high-quality, compassionate care.

Additional Information

Estimated annual compensation: $110,000 - $125,000, depending on experience and credentials. Exact offer will be determined at hire.
