Derm Collective North Shore is expanding its provider team in Illinois. We seek an experienced Advanced Practice Provider with dermatology expertise to join our patient-centered practice on a part-time or full-time basis to start this September 2026.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of recent general dermatology experience, holds an MSN/DNP or PA master’s degree, and maintains an IL NP/PA license with board certification. A collaborative, high-quality care environment awaits.

Qualifications

• MSN, DNP, or master’s degree in Physician Assistant/Associate Studies or ARC-PA accredited field.
• Current, valid Illinois NP or PA license in good standing.
• Minimum three years of recent general dermatology experience.

Responsibilities

• Consult patients to assess dermatologic needs and concerns.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad range of skin conditions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and educate patients on care.
• Perform general dermatologic procedures within scope of practice.
• Collaborate with in-house providers for surgical and cosmetic services as needed.
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and support care continuity.
• Collaborate with team to optimize patient care and experience.

Derm Collective North Shore is a growing, patient-centered dermatology practice that opened its doors in November 2024. Due to rapid growth and exceptional patient demand, we are excited to expand our provider team.

Our practice is committed to delivering outstanding clinical results in general dermatology, surgical dermatology, Mohs surgery, and cosmetic treatments. Located in a beautiful, modern facility, we are built on a strong foundation of clinical excellence, collaboration, and exceptional patient care.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis to join this September 2026. The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years of recent experience in general dermatology and thrives in a collaborative, high-quality care environment. This provider should be confident in diagnosing and treating a wide range of dermatologic conditions.

Responsibilities

• Consult patients to assess their dermatologic needs and concerns
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad range of skin conditions
• Develop personalized treatment plans and educate patients on their care and skincare needs
• Perform general dermatologic procedures within the scope of practice and experience
• Collaborate with and refer patients to in-house providers for surgical and cosmetic services when appropriate
• Deliver exceptional clinical outcomes while building strong, lasting patient relationships
• Maintain timely and accurate electronic medical records to support continuity of care and efficient revenue cycle management
• Collaborate with fellow providers to optimize patient care and the overall patient experience
• Partner with management and support staff to foster and strengthen a positive, collaborative culture for both team members and patients

Education and Experience Requirements

• Must hold an MSN, DNP, or master’s degree in Physician Assistant/Associate Studies or a related graduate-level program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA)
• Must maintain appropriate board certification
• Must hold a current, valid Illinois license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant/Associate (PA) and be in good standing
• A minimum of three years of recent experience providing general dermatologic care is required
