Job summary

Hometown Urgent Care in Ohio is seeking a qualified PA or NP to deliver evidence-based care across our urgent care locations. You will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and work in a fast-paced environment to provide high-quality, accessible healthcare.

You will order and prescribe appropriate medications, maintain patient confidentiality, and document all patient information accurately in the electronic medical records system.

Qualifications

• Required PA or NP licensure in the state of Ohio
• Ability to work well independently evaluating and managing patients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Creates an individualized, evidence-based plan of care
• Performs procedures appropriate type of services provided at the standard of care
• Orders and prescribes appropriate medications
• Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans
• Maintains patient confidentiality
