Hometown Urgent Care is seeking a qualified clinician to provide patient-focused care across Ohio clinics. You will develop individualized care plans, perform procedures, and ensure documentation in the EMR is accurate and timely.

Must hold PA or NP licensure in Ohio and be able to work independently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining patient confidentiality and high-quality standards.
