Sentara Medical Group in Woodbridge, VA is seeking a full-time APP (NP or PA) to join Sentara Internal Medicine Physicians. The successful candidate will work in a warm, collaborative practice with 3 physicians and 9 staff, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, totaling 40 hours with 36 patient contacts and 4 hours of administrative time.

The role supports 18–22 patients daily, with no call and a practice that closes on Saturdays and Sundays.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA credentialing
• Master's degree required
• 2–5 years of outpatient primary care experience

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality outpatient primary care in a collaborative internal medicine team.
• Manage a patient panel with ~18–22 patients per day.
• Participate in administrative tasks and continuous quality improvement.

Position Highlights:

Minimum Requirements:

• Active NP or PA

• Minimum master s degree required

• Must have 2-5 years' experience working in outpatient primary care
