Job summary

Sentara Medical Group invites a full‑time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join Senior Internal Medicine Physicians at our Woodbridge, VA location. The role supports an intimate, collaborative practice with three physicians and nine staff in a Monday–Friday schedule, handling a busy patient load with no weekend or on‑call duties.

Active NP/PA credentials with a master’s degree are required, plus 2–5 years of outpatient primary care experience.

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA credential required.
• Minimum master’s degree required.
• 2–5 years’ experience in outpatient primary care.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Senior Internal Medicine Physicians at Woodbridge, VA.
• Provide patient care for 18–22 patients per day in a 40‑hour workweek with no on‑call duties.
• Utilize Epic EHR and AI transcription tools as part of daily workflow.

Position Highlights

• Warm, collaborative and collegial practice with 3 physicians and 9 supporting staff.
• Monday‑Friday, 8am–5pm (40hours, 36patient contact + 4hrs admin).
• 18–22 patients/day; no call; practice closed Saturday & Sundays.
