Intermountain Health in Provo, UT is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for the House Calls Internal Medicine program. You will travel to patient homes and support two sister clinics, delivering care through home visits and telehealth.

This full-time role requires an active PA or APRN license with board certification, and relevant certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP). Shifts include four 10-hour days, totaling about 32 patient-facing hours weekly.
