Lykos Medical LLC, part of Brigade Health and its Affiliates, seeks a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to deliver home-based primary care to seniors. You will operate with autonomy, manage your patient panel, and be supported by a collaborative clinical and operational team.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in geriatrics or primary/home-based care, an active NP or PA license, and a passion for growing provider-community relationships.

What You'll Bring

Pay Range for Posted Region: $85,000 USD - $150,000 USD
