Job summary

Lykos Medical LLC, part of Brigade Health and its Affiliates, is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to deliver home-based primary care to seniors in Colorado's Durango area. You will manage your own patient panel with autonomy, while receiving support from a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in geriatrics or primary care, an entrepreneurial mindset, and excellent communication.

Pay Range for Posted Region: $85,000 USD - $150,000 USD
