Job summary

Qualifications

• Board-certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Experience in cardiology, ER, PCU, or ICU preferred.
• Licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.

Responsibilities

• General cardiology with outpatient clinic and hospital rounding.
• MD/PA collaboration and care coordination for cardiology patients.
• Epic EMR documentation and patient management.
