Job summary

GI Alliance CTGI - Putnam is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to deliver scheduled patient services under physician supervision in hospital and clinic settings. Qualifications

• State licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Gastrointestinal experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled patient services under the direct supervision and responsibility of a physician in both a hospital & clinic setting
• Complete patient histories and physicals
• Determine tentative diagnosis and order appropriate laboratory tests
• Counsel patient and family on health and disease
• Participate in continuing education and credentialing requirements at assigned medical facilities
• Work flexible schedule as dictated by business needs and operations
• Perform other duties as assigned
