CTGI - Norwich is seeking a Patient Care Professional to provide scheduled services under a physician's supervision in hospital and clinic settings. The role includes patient histories, physical assessments, diagnostic determinations, counseling, and adherence to credentialing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduled patient services under direct supervision of a physician in both hospital and clinic settings
• Complete patient histories and physical examinations
• Determine tentative diagnoses and order appropriate laboratory tests
• Counsel patients and families on health and disease management
• Participate in all continuing education, training, and other requirements to maintain credentialing status
• Work a flexible schedule as dictated by business needs and operations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• State licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Gastrointestinal clinical experience preferred
