Qualifications

• BSN degree from an accredited program.
• APRN certification with active RN license in the state.
• Minimum 3 years of ED/acute care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care in the emergency department, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and team to implement care plans.
• Perform advanced clinical procedures as required.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation per hospital policy and regulations.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff and students.
