Job summary

Carle Health seeks an Advanced Practice Provider for its Convenient Care department serving Champaign‑Urbana, IL. This full‑time, outpatient role operates 7 days a week with 8a.m.–8p.m.

hours and requires rotations across three Convenient Care sites, plus every‑other weekend and shared holidays. Minimum qualifications include a Master's degree (Nursing or PA), Illinois APN/PA licensure, ACLS & PALS, and 2+ years of experience (1+ year ED) with suturing skills being a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in Nursing or PA.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required, or at least 1 year of Emergency Department experience.
• Suturing skills considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient, convenient care practice without a primary care panel.
• Rotations across three Convenient Care locations (Curtis/Windsor/CCPlus at Main Campus).
• Work an every-other weekend schedule with shared holidays.
• Flexible scheduling with no call responsibilities.
• Access to consultants across Carle Health network.
