Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an Advance Practice Provider to deliver high-quality medical care under the supervision of the Medical Director. The APP will assess patients, order and interpret tests, provide care for acute and chronic conditions, and document findings within established protocols.

The role requires completion of an approved NP/PA program, BLS on hire, and preferably bilingual English/Spanish. Candidates should demonstrate teamwork, confidentiality, and reliability in a clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an approved nurse practitioner or physician assistant program.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred.
• State accreditation based on certifying exam.
• Basic Life Support Certificate required upon hire.
• Ability to work well as a team and keep confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Conducts patient assessments including medical history, physical exams, and documentation of findings.
• Orders, administers, and interprets diagnostic tests such as X-rays, EKGs, laboratory tests, and other screenings.
• Provides treatment for acute and chronic conditions, including immunizations, injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management.
• Develops, implements, and monitors patient care plans; educates patients on treatment, health maintenance, and emotional well-being.
• Prescribes medications in accordance with state regulations, protocols, and scope of practice.
