Sentara Health invites an Advanced Practice Provider to Harrisonburg, VA, in a Cardiothoracic Surgery role. You will join a team of MDs and APPs, act as first assist in the OR, perform inpatient rounds, discharges, and consults, and participate in rotating call schedules. Inpatient PA/ACNP/FNP experience is required.

Position Highlights

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of 3 MD’s and 2 APPs. First Assist in OR, Conduct Inpatient Rounding, Discharges, and Consults. We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $126,131.20 - $312,000.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
