Job summary

Mount Carmel Health System is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for Cardiology in the Grove City walk-in clinic. Day shift, Monday through Friday, focusing on primary or acute care in a specialty setting within our Cardiology services.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s degree, Ohio RN licensure, and APN certification in the designated specialty; BLS is required with some departments requiring ACLS/NRP/EFM/PALs. NP or PA experience is valued, and relocation support may be available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Science, Nursing or specialty field; graduate of an Advanced Practitioner program.
• Current license to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Ohio.
• Certified as an Advanced Practice Nurse in designated specialty preferred (ANCC preferred).
• BLS provider certification required.
• ACLS, NRP, EFM and PALs required for some departments.

Advance Practice Provider for Cardiology, Walk-in Clinic

Position Purpose

The Advanced Practice Specialty for Cardiology, provides primary or acute healthcare services for specialty health conditions in specific populations in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization.

This position is for our walk-in Cardiology Clinic on the Grove City campus.

Day shift, Monday through Friday

What we are looking for:

• Education: Masters required in Science, Nursing or Specialty field. Graduate of an Advanced Practitioner program.
• Licensure / Certification: Current license to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Ohio
• Certified as an Advanced Practice Nurse in designated specialty required. American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) is preferred
• BLS provider certification required
• ACLS, NRP, EFM and PALs required for some departments (see Exhibit A)
• We are looking for an experienced APP - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
