Job summary

baptisthlth is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with a Master’s degree to join our Florida team in Boca Raton. The ideal candidate will hold Florida RN licensure, DEA registration, BLS, ACLS, and NP national certification, while meeting state CEU requirements.

Minimum 3 years of RN experience is required; credentialing and hospital privileges may be needed. Refer to policy 701 if acute care certification is lacking for APRN responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 3 years of relevant RN experience required.
• Compliant with state of Florida requirements for CEUs and licensure.
• DEA License required as per specialty/function.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support required as per specialty/function.
• Nurse Practitioner National Certification required.
• Obtain medical staff credentialing and privileges as needed for practice location.
• If APRN requires hospital inpatient medical staff privileges and does not have an acute care certification, refer to BHSF Policy 701 titled Educational and training requirements to be credentialed to work in an acute care setting for Advanced Practice Registered Nurse.
