SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital - St. Louis is seeking a full-time Thoracic Surgery Physician Assistant to join a collaborative, patient-centered team.

Practice alongside three Thoracic surgeons and three RN Navigators in a well-established setting that offers autonomy, mentorship, and a healthy work-life balance. Clinical responsibilities include seeing follow-up and post-op patients at SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital, hospital rounds on post-op patients, and clinical prep at both SSM

Qualifications

• Surgical APP practice experience sought; if you are a new or recent graduate with surgical clinicals or rotations, please inquire
• Master's degree from an accredited PA program
• Missouri PA licensure/certification

Responsibilities

• Seeing follow-up and post-op patients at SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital
• Hospital rounding on post-op patients and clinical prep at both SSM Health St. Mary's Hospital and SSM Health Saint Louis University Hospital
• Ability to have a well-rounded practice with excellent collaboration with physician/surgeons and amazing nursing staff
• Monday-Friday schedule
• No nights or weekends
• Strong onboarding and physician mentorship
