Job summary

SSM Health seeks a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (PA) to join our pediatric primary care team serving families across the Metro East region. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM; 34 patient-facing hours.

Setting: 100% outpatient pediatrics across Granite City and Maryville; Visit types include 30-minute new visits and 15-minute follow-ups. Requirements include graduation from an accredited PA program and eligibility for IL licensure; PA-Primary Care certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) Program.
• Ability to obtain PA licensure in Illinois.
• PA-Primary Care certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient pediatric primary care in Granite City and Maryville.
• Perform 30-minute new visits and 15-minute follow-ups.

Education

Graduate of nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) Program

Ability to obtain PA licensure in Illinois

Minimum Qualifications:
