Job summary

SSM Health Cancer Care in Fenton, Missouri is seeking a full-time Oncology Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join a team of three medical oncologists and dedicated support staff. The role focuses on outpatient care with infusion oversight and occasional hospital rounding, with a Monday–Friday schedule and protected admin time.

Strong communication, critical thinking, and oncology experience are highly valued. Missouri licensure eligibility will be reviewed for RN/NP or PA credentials.

Qualifications

• Oncology experience desired for PA/NP roles; strong oncology clinicals welcomed.
• Graduate of a PA or NP program; eligibility to obtain Missouri licensure.
• Will review applicants with strong oncology clinical backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient oncology with infusion room oversight; possible hospital rounding.
• Schedule: 8:00am–4:30pm, 36 hours clinic/patient-facing weekly plus admin time.
• 60 minutes for new patient visits; 20 minutes for follow-ups.
• No call, weekends, or holidays.
• Join a team of 3 Medical Oncologists and supportive staff.

SSM Health Cancer Care in Fenton, Missouri (Cancer Care | Fenton, MO | SSM Health), is seeking a full-time, experienced Oncology Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA). A self-starter with strong communication and critical thinking skills is a must.

Job Details:

• Outpatient focused with infusion room oversight and potential occasional hospital rounding
• Anticipated schedule: Monday- Friday from 800am-430pm
• 36 hours of clinic/patient-facing time required weekly with four (4) hours of weekly admin time; flexible as long as you meet clinic/patient-facing time requirement
• 60 minutes for new patient and patient education visits, and 20 minutes for follow-up office visits
• No Call/Weekends/Holidays
• Join an experienced team of 3 Medical Oncologists, as well as exceptional support staff

Minimum Requirements:

• Oncology experience desired as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner; will review applicants with strong clinicals in oncology
• Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
• Ability to obtain RN and NP licensure or PA licensure in the State of Missouri
