Job summary

SSM Health Whitewater Clinic is seeking a collaborative PA or NP to join a Family Medicine practice in Whitewater, Wisconsin. The role focuses on outpatient care with a team-based approach in a clinic setting.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
  • NPs should be APRN
  • Family certification preferred
• Ability to obtain PA/NP licensure in Wisconsin
